You will lead engagements, define delivery plans, and present recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging your 8–10 years of experience in process consulting and strong ServiceNow know-how to drive measurable efficiency

• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge and experience.
• Expertise in business process consulting, process optimization, and solution development.
• Proven ability to interact with clients regularly and present business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
