GeekSoft Consulting is seeking a capable Business Process Consultant to help design and improve the client's online platform in a fixed-term contract. You will research and implement technology solutions, ensure system resiliency, and work with stakeholders to define requirements and workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration, AI-enabled workflow optimization, and guiding junior team members while maintaining domain and platform knowledge.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Business Process Consultants (BPCs) build trusted, long-term customer relationships by delivering high-quality consulting services and driving end-to-end business process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, business stakeholders, and operations teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, define functional specifications, and design optimized workflows.
• By leveraging domain expertise and ServiceNow capabilities, they identify process improvement opportunities, implement automation, and ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.
• Leverage domain expertise to design efficient workflows aligned with customer journeys, driving business value and long-term success.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documentation to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions using ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
• Share customer insights and feedback with product teams to support continuous improvement and promote best practices.
• Resolve escalations from junior ES team members and demonstrate readiness to lead functional engagements independently.
• Coach and mentor Associate Business Process Consultants to support their professional development.
• Guide customers in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents, while supporting reviews and approvals.
• Maintain relevant ServiceNow workflow certifications and continuously update domain and platform knowledge.
• Apply AI tools and capabilities to optimize workflows, automate processes, generate insights, and support customer business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, process optimization, and business process consulting.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications aligned with the respective workflow domain.
• Experience integrating AI into business processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including workflow automation and AI-driven insights.
• Understanding of core AI concepts, ethical considerations, and platform capabilities, with the ability to explain their relevance in customer engagements.
• Ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Ability to manage projects independently, demonstrate creativity, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
