Cresto Group is seeking an entrepreneurial generalist to join our Helsingborg team. You will partner with the Group CEO and CFO to drive AI-enabled transformation, lead the S&OP process, and guide business development across small, entrepreneurial companies selling height safety and related services.

You will collaborate across customers, sales, distribution, marketing, product, service, training and supply chain, working with staff from warehouse to CEO to deliver practical, scalable

Formación

• Hands-on with AI; built automations, assistants or workflows.
• Fast learner with versatility across problems.
• Driven with ownership and urgency to deliver results.
• Great with people across warehouse to C-suite.
• Commercially minded; curious about how businesses make money.
• Structured and analytical to bring order to planning/forecasting.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to get hands dirty.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance to Helsingborg; on-site work required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development and growth opportunities across multiple companies.
• Improve profitability by mapping how each company really works and turning insights into improvements.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives and roll out secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Lead S&OP development, aligning forecasts, demand, supply and teams.
• Own cross-company strategic projects with Group management; deliver tangible results.
• Create dashboards and tools to support decision making and planning.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, IT, and leadership to embed new ways of working.
