Job summary

Censhine, part of the Centiro Group, is seeking a Business & Operations Lead to drive operational and commercial development, working with customers, leadership and internal teams to scale and deliver value.

You’ll translate customer needs into opportunities, maintain trust-based relationships, manage risks, and align goals with culture and ways of working, while representing Censhine in dialogues between teams and stakeholders.

Job description

We’re looking for a Business & Operations Lead to join Censhine.

Censhine is a technology company within the Centiro Group, building for complex, business-critical work. We develop connected systems shaped around how organizations operate, with AI deeply integrated into the technology and human judgement firmly in the lead.

Our first major implementation has been developed in close partnership with audit, law and advisory firm Cedra. Together, we are building technology around the realities of their business, with the platform already supporting thousands of users across the organization.

The impact you’ll make

As Business & Operations Lead, you are responsible for driving the operational and commercial development of the business. You work closely with customers, leadership and internal teams to ensure we achieve our goals, deliver customer value and scale efficiently.
