• Several years of experience leading a business or operational function.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on operational execution.
• Background in economics, financial performance tracking, follow-ups and resource planning.
• Structured, analytical and able to identify risks, needs and opportunities.
• Skilled communicator who builds alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Confident decision-maker in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to create processes and efficient ways of working within a well-designed frame.
• Skilled at translating insights into concrete actions and value-driven opportunities that strengthen both the customer relationship and the business.
