A fast-growing Stockholm tech company is hiring its first Business Development Representative for the DACH market. Workwide is running the search.
The company helps several thousand companies worldwide scale their tech teams with vetted specialists in software development, data and AI. Around 100 people from more than 20 countries. The working language is English, so you do not need Swedish and you do not need to have worked in Sweden before.
The role
You are the first point of contact for prospects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You reach out to CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Development Managers at companies with 50 to 2,000 employees, qualify them, and hand the meetings to the Account Executives. Roughly half your accounts you research yourself in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the other half comes from prepared target lists.
The core of the job is 300 calls per week. That is the one non-negotiable target, and calling is the primary source of pipeline. Alongside it you run structured LinkedIn sequences through Lemlist and write personalised emails. You join two BDRs covering the Nordics and one covering UK and Ireland, reporting to the Sales Lead.
