Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Workwide is hiring its first Senior Business Development Representative for the DACH market. You will own outbound pipeline across mid-market and enterprise and shape market approach, working with CTOs and VPs.
Expect ~300 calls per week, LinkedIn sequences via Lemlist, and tailored emails, with collaboration across AEs, Client Managers and Marketing. You will be part of a fast-growing Stockholm team, hybrid work with four days in the Stockholm office, and a clear path toward Account or Client
A fast-growing Stockholm tech company is hiring its first Senior Business Development Representative for the DACH market. Workwide is running the search.
The company helps several thousand companies worldwide scale their tech teams with vetted specialists in software development, data and AI. Around 100 people from more than 20 countries, and the working language is English, so Swedish is not required and prior experience in Sweden is not expected.
This is not a standard SDR seat. DACH has no dedicated outbound function yet, so you own outbound pipeline for the region across mid-market and enterprise, and you shape how the company approaches the market. You work three to four stakeholders per account, typically CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Development Managers, and expand further when the first contacts go cold.
You run the channel mix yourself: 300 calls per week as the primary source of pipeline, LinkedIn sequences through Lemlist as the second, and personalised email built around each prospect's role and likely pain points. Around half your accounts you research in Sales Navigator, the rest comes from prepared target lists. You work closely with the Account Executives, Client Managers and Marketing, and coach the more junior BDRs on outreach.
All stages by video, around 30 minutes each: a first call with Workwide, an interview with the Hiring Manager, a case you prepare and present, and a final interview with the CCO.
