Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Development or related field.
• Strong project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis, business controlling, and accounting principles.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and management teams.
• Experience using Power BI or similar data analytics and visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

About the Role

As a Business Developer Controlling, you will:

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional with:

• Experience using Power BI or similar data analytics and visualization tools
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English

Meritorious Experience

It is considered a strong advantage if you have:

• Experience from R&D organizations, engineering environments, or other complex industrial businesses
• Experience with external funding programs, grants, audits, compliance, or financial reporting regulations
• Experience driving business transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of AI-driven solutions and digitalization within finance
• Swedish, German, or Portuguese language skills
