Qualifications

5+ years in Finance, Controlling or Business Development.
Strong cross-functional project management.
Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting principles.
Experience with senior stakeholders and management teams.
Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic finance and controlling initiatives.
Develop and improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and follow-up processes.
Analyze financial data and identify key business drivers to support decision-making.
Support prioritization of investments together with business stakeholders.
Develop financial governance models, management processes, and internal controls.
Clarify financial roles, responsibilities, and interfaces across organizations.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to leverage digitalization and AI to improve financial processes and business performance.
Support financial activities related to externally funded projects when applicable.
