Job summary

Sheraton Stockholm Hotel in Stockholm invites a Breakfast and In-Room Dining Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The role covers breakfast service, room service, and lunch service, delivering high-quality dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure welcoming breakfast experiences, coordinate with the kitchen for timely refills, and maintain a clean, attractive dining area while providing attentive service with a smile.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
• Hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to lift and move items as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and inform them about breakfast buffet offerings.
• Take guest orders for breakfast and arrange timely in-room deliveries.
• Maintain and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Monitor buffet areas for cleanliness and proper display; address issues.
• Set up breakfast service areas, arrange tables, and organize stations.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Assist guests with dietary needs and ingredient inquiries; make recommendations.
• Brew and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen to replenish and refill food items as required.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Support the transition from breakfast to lunch service when needed.
