Job summary

If Creative Studio at If is seeking a Brand System & Tool Manager to connect brand knowledge, technology and AI into practical tools for content teams. You will help shape the Brand System, implement self-service solutions and templates, and collaborate with IT and external partners to deliver scalable improvements across the Nordic organisation.

Qualifications

Experience in system, product or platform management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Experience leading projects, implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
Fluent communication in Swedish or Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

Drive development and continuous improvement of Creative Studio systems, tools and self-service solutions.
Build and maintain If Brand System with brand knowledge, AI-powered assistants, assets and templates.
Identify opportunities for AI, automation and templates to simplify content production.
Act as Product Owner for chosen Creative Studio platforms and tools.
Collaborate with IT for integrations and deployments.
Lead projects from idea to adoption and monitor value.
