If Creative Studio in Stockholm is seeking a Brand System & Tool Manager to join the Production & Efficiency team. You will connect our technology, tools and workflows into a single ecosystem that makes content creation simpler, smarter and consistently on-brand across If.

The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery: own product directions, collaborate with IT and vendors, implement AI-powered templates, govern assets, and track adoption to prove business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in system, product or platform management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience working with external vendors and technology partners.
• Experience leading projects or digital transformation initiatives.
• A strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and continuous improvement of Creative Studio’s systems, tools and self‑service solutions.
• Help build and maintain If Brand System, including brand knowledge, AI‑powered assistants, asset ecosystems, templates and brand governance capabilities.
• Identify where AI, automation and templates can make content production simpler and more effective.
• Act as Product Owner for selected Creative Studio platforms and tools.
• Work closely with IT and other teams on integrations, development and implementation.
• Develop solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint and connected tools.
• Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors, from requirements and delivery to quality and follow‑up.
• Lead projects and improvements from idea and analysis through to implementation and adoption.
• Explore new technologies and turn promising opportunities into practical solutions.
• Monitor performance, adoption and business value, using what you learn to continuously improve our solutions.
• Make new tools intuitive, relevant and easy for people to use help build brand governance, quality assurance and brand knowledge into tools and workflows.
• Contribute to how AI agents, automation and intelligent workflows can be introduced responsibly across our If Brand System
