Job summary

Teamtailor seeks a Solution Architect in Stockholm to lead technical wins in complex enterprise deals. You will map customers’ recruitment processes, design tailored solutions, and run value-focused demos with AEs across the sales cycle.

You will own integrations, API strategies, and security discussions, ensuring a clean handover to onboarding and feeding customer insights back to Product. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of B2B SaaS, including APIs, integrations, SSO and data flows, and the ability to explain them simply.
• Excellent discovery and consultative skills to uncover the real problem and map it to business value.
• Strong commercial mindset with confidence and credibility for enterprise deals.
• Outstanding presentation and demo skills for senior and technical stakeholders.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a team-selling setup with Account Executives.
• Assertive communicator who sets clear expectations and challenges customers when needed.
• Structured and organized, able to run several deals in parallel and document clearly.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, technical qualification and solution design to secure the technical win in mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Map customer recruitment processes and tech stacks; design how Teamtailor fits and run tailored demos/workshops.
• Own integration and ecosystem discussions (APIs, HRIS, SSO, job boards, data privacy).
• Collaborate with Proposals on RFPs, contribute to technical bids and security/privacy concerns.
• Perform clean handover to onboarding with documented findings and scope.
• Provide voice of the customer to Product for features and improvements.
• Build reusable demo environments and reference architectures; train AE team.
