Job summary

PAIR Finance is expanding its Swedish team in Stockholm and seeks a Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) who enjoys helping people and solving problems. You will communicate with consumers, clients, and third parties, handling inquiries with empathy and precision.

This role offers a hybrid work model with modern offices and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have hands-on B2C customer service experience, a passion for improving processes, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in B2C customer service, ideally with receivables management or debt collection.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently with consumers, clients, and third parties via phone, e-mail, chat, and letter, always solution-oriented.
• Handle legal and regulatory inquiries, including data protection requests and court files.
• Route client inquiries to the right internal contacts and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Process case files efficiently and keep CRM systems accurate and up to date.
• Collect feedback from clients and consumers to improve technology and services.
• Contribute to development of internal processes and team structures.
