Job summary

Bolt is seeking an experienced dispatcher to serve as the operational backbone for its B2G rides program in Sweden. You will dispatch and coordinate trips under public tenders, ensuring the right vehicle is assigned at the right time for governmental clients and drivers.

You will monitor performance and protect punctuality and safety. The role requires strong Swedish and English communication, the ability to multitask, and a mindset to automate and improve dispatch workflows in collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, traffic control, or transport planning is a strong merit.
• Strong multitasking ability and quick decision-making under time pressure.
• Desire to automate manual processes and improve dispatching through product improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate rides for B2G tenders in real time across the fleet.
• Re-route and re-prioritise resources during peak periods to meet service windows.
• Ensure punctuality, safety and service quality for governmental clients and drivers.
• Document orders and track dispatch performance to improve key metrics.
• Collaborate with Product to automate dispatching processes.
