• Value Creation: You see beyond the brief. If a client needs a process overhaul more than a new dev, you have the autonomy to point that out.

Your profile:

• Self-Leadership: You manage your own time, priorities, and client relationships like a pro.
• Tech Savvy: You understand the difference between Java and JavaScript (and why it matters), and you’re comfortable talking to senior tech stakeholders. Extra points if you have experience from games industry!
• Boldness: You have the guts to say "no" to a client when necessary to ensure a better outcome.
• Communication: Fluent in Swedish and English.
