Job summary
LumenRadio is seeking a hands-on producer to join the Gothenburg production team. You will handle product assembly, testing, and quality control, with occasional inbound/outbound shipments and repair tasks.
Collaboration with the Production and Supply Chain teams is essential, and you will work on-site at our Gothenburg office. You should have a strong technical interest and practical experience in electronics, with good communication in Swedish and English.
Qualifications
- Strong technical interest with hands-on experience in product assembly, testing, quality control, and troubleshooting electronics.
- Detail-oriented and practical in a production environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Technical practical education from high school or post-secondary is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Product assembly and box build.
- Testing and quality control.
- Performing arrival control of components.
- Preparing components for assembly batches.
- PCBA and electronics troubleshooting and repair.
- Basic ERP reporting and administration.
