The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with leavened pastries (laminated a must) and be fluent in English, with strong communication skills. This role involves a 75%-100% workload (5 days/week), weekends in rotation with the head baker, and a salary adjusted to experience.

• Sourdough bread knowledge is a plus.
