Job summary

Tiger of Sweden, a Stockholm-based fashion house, seeks an AR Assistant to own end-to-end accounts receivable processes including inbound payments, reconciliation, and collections. You will forecast cash flow, input data for monthly close, and collaborate with the CFO and sales on outstanding receivables from our Stockholm headquarters.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years AR experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, fluency in Swedish and English, and a structured, process-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with payment reconciliation, receivables follow-up and external collection agencies.
• Understanding of bookkeeping principles behind revenue and receivables.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Structured, detail-oriented with a process-minded approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• Persistent and confident in handling collection matters.
• Professional with customers and colleagues alike.
• Comfortable working across functions.
• Background in retail or international company, or knowledge of inventory accounting, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile incoming payments and monitor receivables.
• Carry out structured follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with external agencies for collections.
• Collaborate with sales on payment status and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and supporting documents.
• Provide receivables forecasts and cash-flow data to CFO.
• Enhance AR routines, system usage, and process docs.
• Support e-commerce refunds via Adyen.
• Handle customer invoicing within AR flow.
• Issue invoices to consignment partners and intercompany invoices.
• Act as a backup in accounts payable when needed.
