Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Stockholm is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist – Lease Agreements to join our Northern Europe Order to Cash team. You will own data integrity for lease contracts, register new agreements, and manage invoicing and settlements to support accurate cash flow.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in AR or admin finance, strong Excel and SAP skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with Leasing, Legal, and Management teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in AR or admin finance.
• Accurate handling of contractual and financial data.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use SAP effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder service.

Responsabilités

• Create and update lease objects in systems.
• Register new lease agreements and contract information.
• Process lease terminations and addendums.
• Calculate and apply lease indexations and settlements.
• Handle invoicing, service charge settlements and re-invoicing as needed.
• Answer queries by phone and email and support stakeholders.
