Axis Communications AB in Lund is seeking an Application Specialist to further develop Maestro for demand and supply planning across the business. You will translate business needs into practical improvements, lead workshops, and collaborate with global partners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvements in a dynamic, security-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with business applications for demand and supply planning, IT or super user background.
• Ability to understand how people, processes, and technology work together.
• Curious and open-minded, able to adapt view with evidence and share knowledge.

Job Description

As Axis grows, our supply chain becomes more complex. We’re looking for an experienced Application Specialist to develop Maestro, our planning application, and help it support demand and supply planning across the business.

In this role, you’ll connect business needs with technology. You’ll work with colleagues to understand their needs, lead discussions about possible solutions, and turn ideas into practical improvements. If you’re curious, open-minded, and enjoy bringing people together to solve problems, we’d like to hear from you.

Your future team

You’ll join our ERP and PLM Applications team, which is responsible for several business-critical applications at Axis. We work across the full application lifecycle, from day-to-day support to continuous improvement and upgrades. We also collaborate with colleagues and partners around the world.

What You’ll Do As An Application Specialist

Maestro supports demand and supply planning at Axis. In this role, you’ll develop the application and the processes around it, helping ensure the solution meets the needs of a growing global organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead discussions and workshops to understand business needs, explore options, and agree on the scope of solutions.

Who are you?

You have experience with business applications for demand and supply planning, either from the IT side or as an experienced super user.

You enjoy understanding how people, processes, and technology work together. You’re comfortable guiding discussions, asking thoughtful questions, and helping stakeholders reach a shared understanding.

You’re curious and open-minded. You consider different perspectives, challenge assumptions constructively, and adapt your view when the evidence points to a better solution. You also enjoy sharing your knowledge and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners.

We’d like to hear that you have

• Experience with demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning applications.


• Experience with Maestro or a similar solution, such as SAP or Oracle planning solutions, Blue Yonder, Logility, or Anaplan.


• Experience supporting applications and delivering improvement projects in a global organization.


• Knowledge of application integrations and data flows.
