DHL Group is seeking a Head of Air Freight Growth for Sweden. This senior role will own the country growth agenda for Air Freight, coordinating pricing, tenders, route development, sales and operations to convert market opportunities into profitable growth.

You will lead the ACC and RDM teams, align with Marketing & Sales, and drive regional pricing strategies while collaborating across stations and product lines to strengthen DHL’s market position.

Qualificações

• Six+ years of experience in Air Freight forwarding.
• Commercially minded and results-driven leader with initiative and analytical capability.
• Proven negotiation skills balancing growth, risk, customer value and targets.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth across all Air Freight products in coordination with station management.
• Lead country ACC and RDM teams, setting growth framework and route development structure.
• Oversee tenders and RFQs, ensuring efficient execution across stakeholders.
• Set competitive pricing and manage rate setting across levels (global, regional, country).
• Coordinate commercial approach with Marketing & Sales and execute regional pricing in Sweden.
• Enhance local value propositions and enable fast spot quotations.
• Lead local contract negotiations and manage supplier performance.
