You will coordinate governance, reporting, and value realization across the portfolio, translating AI investments into measurable business outcomes and guiding executives on priorities and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in governance, planning, reporting, and tracking value across a portfolio.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic discussions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the AI Hub roadmap with milestones, risks, and progress.
• Design governance structures and success metrics for the AI Hub.
• Own the Value Realization Framework and reporting across the portfolio.
• Develop executive narratives and board-ready materials.
• Manage governance calendar with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Synthesize delivery information with Product Owners and GIS/IT.
• Clarify cross-functional dependencies and improve collaboration.
• Design processes and templates for planning, prioritization and benefits realization.
• Develop business cases with Finance and Product Strategy.
• Define roles and timelines for Increment Preparation.
