Husqvarna Group is scaling its AI initiatives and seeking a PMO Lead to drive the AI Hub’s governance, value realization, and cross‑functional execution. You will structure processes, report outcomes, and translate analytics into strategic decisions for senior leadership.

The role connects AI investments with business outcomes, coordinating with Product Owners, GIS/IT, and transformation leads, while enabling scalable practices across divisions.

Qualifications

University degree in engineering, business, economics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain the integrated AI Hub roadmap with milestones and risks.
Design governance structure and success measures for AI initiatives.
Own and evolve the AI Hub Value Realization Framework.
Develop executive narratives and board-ready materials for priorities.
Manage governance calendar, agendas and outcomes with follow-up.
Consolidate AI portfolio reporting for diverse stakeholders.
Clarify responsibilities and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Design processes and templates for planning, prioritization and benefits realization.
Develop business cases with Finance and Product Strategy.
