Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or portfolio management in complex technical or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/data/digital transformation concepts.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology.
• Experience building new structures, processes, or organizations from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define and build the AI Center of Competence from the ground up.
• Develop and execute multi-year AI roadmaps.
• Mobilize stakeholders and sponsors to drive organizational alignment.
• Identify and prioritize high-value, measurable AI use cases.
• Establish governance, delivery standards, and performance tracking.
