Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a highly driven AI Program Manager to spearhead the establishment of an AI Center of Competence. This role combines program leadership with a strategic focus on AI transformation across engineering and business sectors.

The right candidate will have a strong background in program management with experience in complex environments, and will lead initiatives to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or portfolio management in complex technical or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of AI / data / digital transformation concepts.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and build the AI Center of Competence from the ground up.
• Develop and execute multi-year AI roadmaps.
• Mobilize stakeholders to drive organizational alignment.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Build and govern a strong internal and external AI ecosystem.
• Establish robust governance and delivery standards.
