Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Stockholm, Sweden, is seeking an AI Product Owner to shape how large language models create value across the organization. You will own the LLM & Content Creation portfolio within the AI portfolio, guiding discovery through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, governance functions and senior leadership, you will establish shared platforms and responsible AI practices across Husqvarna.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or a relevant technical field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience leading digital products or AI initiatives across multiple stakeholders, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Strong product ownership skills: strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, value realization.
• Solid understanding of large language models and related concepts (retrieval-augmented generation, multimodal interaction, grounding, evaluation, human oversight).
• Ability to translate business needs, user experience, data requirements and technical possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and evolution of the LLM & Content Creation portfolio, translating business priorities into a clear product direction and roadmap.
• Stay ahead of the evolving LLM landscape and turn new capabilities into opportunities and recommendations.
• Own the product lifecycle from user needs to backlog prioritization and scaled deployment.
• Bridge business and technology, turning operational needs into clear requirements for platform/solutions.
• Embed governance, security, privacy, and human oversight in approaches.
• Build AI capability across the organization, driving adoption and responsible use.
• Drive adoption and measurable value with cross-functional alignment.
