If is Nordic insurance leader shaping AI adoption to boost employee productivity and collaboration. The AI Productivity Lead defines priorities, coordinates delivery, and ensures safe, scalable AI use across the organization, working with the AI Acceleration Tribe and cross-functional teams.

You will present strategic recommendations to IT Management, lead governance discussions, and help transition experiments into enterprise-scale capabilities, spanning a broad Nordic context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, digital or business transformation programs.
• Ability to translate platform capabilities into measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured analytical approach with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI initiatives focusing on Digital Workplace and collaboration.
• Define direction, priorities, and coordinate delivery and adoption.
• Advise Digital Workplace leadership on where AI adds value and scale.
• Coordinate funding, capacity, and dependencies across boundaries.
