Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic AI leader to drive the AI agenda across the Nordics, identifying large-scale AI initiatives and bets that transform how we handle claims.

The role emphasizes pragmatic implementation, building low-code agents, and ensuring governance while collaborating with business units, data science teams and IT to move AI concepts from idea to production.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business, technology, data/AI or equivalent.
• Solid experience working with AI strategy/adoption.
• Experience of working with bigger cross-functional projects and project leadership roles.
• Technical understanding to engage in dialogue with data scientists, developers, and architects, and build low‑code agents without writing code yourself.
• Experience in driving transformation and change management.
