Job summary

If Insurance is expanding its Nordic Digital Claims unit, this AI Adoption and Transformation Lead will drive AI strategy and implement pragmatic, low-code solutions across claims operations. You will work with data scientists, developers, and IT to deploy AI responsibly while scaling capabilities regionally.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, foster adoption among local teams, and grow into a leadership role as the AI program matures within the claims domain.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business, technology, data/AI, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI strategy/adoption.
• Experience in cross-functional projects and project leadership.
• Technical understanding to engage with data scientists, developers, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI agenda by identifying and scoping large-scale AI initiatives and strategic bets across the Nordics.
• Pragmatic implementation by designing and deploying low-code solutions and local agents to improve workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally between business units, data science, and IT to move AI concepts to production.
• Establish guardrails and best practices to ensure responsible, secure AI tools and governance.
