If is Nordic insurance leader shaping AI adoption to boost employee productivity and collaboration. The AI Productivity Lead defines priorities, coordinates delivery, and ensures safe, scalable AI use across the organization, working with the AI Acceleration Tribe and cross-functional teams.

You will present strategic recommendations to IT Management, lead governance discussions, and help transition experiments into enterprise-scale capabilities, spanning a broad Nordic context.

You will help define direction and priorities, coordinate delivery and adoption, and advise Digital Workplace leadership on where AI can create measurable business value.You may take Product Owner responsibilities when relevant, but the role is defined by its broader mandate to drive AI priorities and value delivery over time. Your focus will be to enable safe, responsible, and scalable AI adoption across If.You will work closely with the AI Acceleration Tribe and relevant squads, specialists and stakeholders across If.
