Job summary

If is seeking a Chapter Lead to develop people, practices, and capabilities within the Data Discovery & Experience chapter. You will coach chapter members while helping establish standards, ways of working, and technical direction across APIs, Data Products, and Data Discovery capabilities.

The role blends people leadership with technical guidance in an agile, learning-centric environment. You will work with Product Managers, Architects, and engineering teams to deliver value, promote a product

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree, preferably within Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Experience in Software Engineering or Technical Leadership, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Platforms, API Platforms, Data Products, or Data Discovery.

We work using agile ways of working and collaborate closely with teams across business and technology domains.The team is part of a larger tribe with the mission to provide common API, Data, and IAM capabilities that enable If's business to grow in a secure, scalable, and compliant manner.
