Job summary

If Insurance is expanding its Nordic Digital Claims unit, this AI Adoption and Transformation Lead will drive AI strategy and implement pragmatic, low-code solutions across claims operations. You will work with data scientists, developers, and IT to deploy AI responsibly while scaling capabilities regionally.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, foster adoption among local teams, and grow into a leadership role as the AI program matures within the claims domain.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in business, technology, data/AI, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI strategy/adoption.
• Experience in cross-functional projects and project leadership.
• Technical understanding to engage with data scientists, developers, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI agenda by identifying and scoping large-scale AI initiatives and strategic bets across the Nordics.

We are expanding our Digital Claims unit and looking for an ambitious AI professional to help us unlock the next generation of intelligent claims handling.In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and business value. You will be responsible for ensuring we utilize AI effectively across all levels of the organization—ranging from the pragmatic implementation of local low-code agents to driving our most significant strategic AI bets within the Nordic Claims agenda.You will join a high-performing digital claims unit and report directly to the Nordic Head of Digital Claims, but the position will also require close collaboration with stakeholders, other AI specialists as well as legal.This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with strong future leadership potential. The unit is responsible for building and developing our digital offerings to create excellent customer experiences, efficient solutions and high quality claims decisions for our customers. The unit covers all digital solutions, from customer-facing web/app, to claims automation, fraud detection, partner steering. Primary delivery is through Agile development teams, but in this role, you will sit as a key enabler for bringing in new technology or opening up for new use cases.As AI adoption and Transformation lead, you will be part of the Nordic Digital Claims management team, where we are investing in more AI competencies and where we foster and develop our competences.**Who are you?**To thrive in this role, you have technical understanding and enjoy exploring how emerging technologies can create business value.
