Job summary

Aarke AB in Sweden is seeking an Ad Creator to join our Performance Marketing team. You will produce, iterate and test social ad creatives, turning winning concepts into new variations and learning fast from performance data.

You will collaborate with Brand and Product teams to ensure ads are premium and commercially effective, and you will support assets for our webshop, CRM, and marketplaces such as Amazon, using AI tools to speed up production and scale creative output.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and optimizing ads for paid social channels.
• Ability to analyze performance data and iterate quickly.
• A portfolio demonstrating social ad creatives.

Responsibilities

• Ad iteration & production: Create new versions of existing ads by testing hooks, formats, messages, visuals and CTAs, and adapt them across platforms and markets.
• AI-powered creative production: Use generative AI tools for image, video and copy to speed up production and go from idea to live test in hours.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the link between Brand and Commercial teams, ensuring creative concepts align with strategic goals.
• Creative testing: Work with the performance team to set up tests, read results and use the learnings to make the next round better.
• Insight-led ideas: Turn audience insights, data and product USPs into clear ad concepts with strong calls to action.
• Trendspotting: Keep track of what's working on Meta, TikTok and other platforms and bring fresh ideas to the team and your own work.
