Aarke AB is seeking an Ad Creator to join the Performance Marketing team. You will produce, iterate and test ad creatives for paid social, turning winning concepts into new variations and learning fast from what performs.

Collaborate with Brand and Product teams to ensure ads are premium, effective, and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves ads, with curiosity about AI-driven creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of social ads and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and analytics.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with performance objectives.
• Experience with design tools (Photoshop/AE/CapCut/Figma).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
• Strong multi-project planning and collaboration skills.
• Interest in staying ahead on Meta/TikTok/Pinterest ads.

Responsibilities

• Ad iteration & production: test hooks, formats, visuals and CTAs across platforms and markets.
• AI-powered creative production: leverage generative AI to speed up ad creation with quality control.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align creative concepts with Brand and Commercial goals.
• Creative testing: design tests, interpret results, and iterate.
• Insight-led ideas: translate audience insights into strong ad concepts and CTAs.
• Trendspotting: monitor platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
