Job summary

Aarke AB is seeking an Ad Creator to join the Performance Marketing team. You will produce, iterate and test ad creatives for paid social, turning winning concepts into new variations and learning fast from what performs.

Collaborate with Brand and Product teams to ensure ads are premium, effective, and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves ads, with curiosity about AI-driven creative workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of social ads and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and analytics.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with performance objectives.
• Experience with design tools (Photoshop/AE/CapCut/Figma).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
• Strong multi-project planning and collaboration skills.
• Interest in staying ahead on Meta/TikTok/Pinterest ads.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Ad Creator to join Aarke’s Performance Marketing team. Your main mission is to produce, iterate and test ad creatives for paid social, turning winning concepts into new variations and learning fast from what performs. You’ll also support the wider online team with assets for webshop, CRM and marketplaces such as Amazon.

You’ll work closely with Performance Marketing, Brand and Product teams to make sure our ads are both visually premium and commercially effective. This is a great role for someone early in their career who loves making ads, enjoys fast iteration and is curious about how AI is changing creative production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ad iteration & production: Create new versions of existing ads by testing hooks, formats, messages, visuals and CTAs, and adapt them across platforms and markets.

• AI-powered creative production: Use generative AI tools for image, video and copy to speed up production and go from idea to live test in hours, while keeping a sharp eye on brand quality.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the link between Brand and Commercial teams, ensuring creative concepts align with strategic goals.

• Creative testing: Work with the performance team to set up tests, read results and use the learnings to make the next round better.

• Insight-led ideas: Turn audience insights, data and product USPs into clear ad concepts with strong calls to action.

• Trendspotting: Keep track of what’s working on Meta, TikTok and other platforms and bring fresh ideas to the team and your own work.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are comfortable with A/B testing, analytics, and performance metrics, especially on META, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.

• You understand the balance between aesthetics and performance, ensuring that creatives are not just visually appealing but also performance/ conversion driven.

• You love creating content for social and digital ads and you have a portfolio or examples that shows it.

• You have a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling, and you’re skilled in Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut, Figma or similar tools.

• You’re already using AI tools in your creative work, or you’re eager to.

• You’re fast, structured and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• You’re a team player with a go-getter attitude, finding creative solutions with limited resources.
