You will work on autonomous customer processes, growth‑oriented agents, and rigorous validation, with the founders guiding the vision. Location-based in Helsinki or Stockholm, with a strong emphasis on real user impact.

Responsibilities

• You will build the agentic layer and related systems across CS, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• You will construct autonomous customer processes and growth agents that interact via email, phone, chat, Slack and in-product.
• You will run tests, monitor production, and compare new agents against manual processes to prove value.
