Spiich Labs AB in Stockholm is seeking a founding AI Engineer to build an agentic platform that helps sales teams automate workflows and decision making. You’ll own the agent stack end-to-end—from model selection to knowledge graph integration and search algorithms.

You should be curious, experimental, and obsessed with agentic systems, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to ship fast while shaping product and culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Engineering mindset with end-to-end ownership of AI stack.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup.
• Strong interest in LLMs, knowledge graphs, and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows with LLMs, vector search, and graphs.
• Own the agent stack end-to-end from infra to product logic.
• Ship ideas quickly, run experiments, and iterate daily.
• Shape the product, stack, and culture from the ground up.
