Job summary

Lime Technologies is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Lime CRM at our Lund headquarters. You’ll shape messaging, value propositions and GTM plans across Europe, working with product, sales and marketing to drive awareness and pipeline.

You’ll translate features into customer benefits, craft enablement materials, and track market trends to inform strategy. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for great product experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven product marketing experience from an international SaaS or tech company, including GTM strategies and launches.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, used to leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strategic and data-driven, with a track record of making decisions and executing them at pace.
• Able to explain complex ideas clearly and simply, in writing and in front of a room.
• Comfortable with tools such as CRM, marketing automation, a website CMS (e.g. WordPress) and AI tools like Claude
• Curiosity and passion about the difference great products make to customers’ everyday work, with a genuine technical interest and acumen.
• A team player who enjoys working across departments
• Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Own the value propositions, messaging and proof points that set Lime CRM apart
• Turn key features into customer-facing benefits across our channels
• Plan and run end-to-end launches with Product Management and Sales for both new, and own the GTM planning
• Equip sales with pitch decks and enablement material
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and product campaigns in to drive awareness and leads
• Track market trends, customer needs and competitors to inform positioning and product strategy
• Measure and report on the impact towards set product marketing initiatives and targets
• Build AI workflows into how we do product marketing, for more efficiency, quality and scale
