Job summary

Lime Technologies in Lund, Sweden, invites you to join our European Trainee Program as an Account Manager. You will build your sales pipeline, using our CRM, and learn core sales processes from mentors, while developing negotiation skills and product knowledge.

Participation kicks off with two weeks at the Lund HQ, followed by hands-on work back at your local office and ongoing education throughout the year. The program starts in January and August annually.

Qualifications

• Requires a post-secondary degree in sales, business, IT, engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluent English and local language where you work.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract.
• Nurture existing customers to grow revenue.
• Develop skills in AI, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
