• Digital native with campaigns on social media and understanding of reach/engagement.
• Ability to write and create human, impactful content.
• Confident using AI tools to draft, edit and experiment.
• Data-driven with clear performance insights to inform decisions.
• Self-starter who collaborates across teams and solves problems.
• Treats internal communications with same energy and makes employees ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Devise and implement a social media plan elevating the voice of Networks’ senior leadership in the network evolution debate.
• Create an AI-driven, social-first content programme delivering regular high-quality content.
• Support news delivery and traditional media coverage by collating stories, preparing press releases, and briefing spokespeople.
• Create and manage a data and intelligence engine to inform opportunities and measure content performance.
