What You Will Do

  • Create an AI-driven, social-first content programme that produces a regular cadence of high-quality content that amplifies news, celebrates achievements and engages target audiences with stimulating and accessible ideas.
  • Support the delivery of a smooth flow of news and traditional media coverage, working with colleagues across the world to collate stories, prepare press releases, and brief trade media and executive spokespeople.
  • Create and manage a data and intelligence engine that informs the team about upcoming opportunities and developments and how our content is performing.
The Skills You Bring
  • 5+ years of proven experience in external communications or a related field.
  • You are a digital native and excited about how communications content and channels are evolving. You have driven campaigns on social media and have a practical understanding of how social-media algorithms affect reach and engagement.

  • You are confident using AI tools to draft, edit and experiment. You see AI as a creative collaborator.
  • You are confident using data to generate insights that provide a clear understanding of performance and help inform decisions.
  • You are a self-starter who jumps into challenges, gets energized by solving problems, and is always looking for ways to level up how we communicate.
  • You build strong relationships and genuinely enjoy working across teams to make great work happen.
  • You bring good judgment, curiosity, and a willingness to jump in wherever the team needs you.
  • You approach internal communications with the same vigour as you do external communications and you treat employees as important ambassadors who can share and amplify company messages.
