Job summary

Sapsf in Sweden seeks a Senior Data Manager to shape Volvo Group's Graph Intelligence Platform by bridging business stakeholders and engineering. You will identify, define, and prioritize high-value use cases that leverage connected enterprise data to enable Customer 360 and cross-BA insights.

As a hands-on facilitator, you will run workshops, capture functional and non-functional requirements, document workflows and KPIs, and help build business cases.

Qualifications

• Senior or Principal level Data Manager with enterprise experience.
• Experience with customer data, CRM-related solutions, and cross-BA data.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to document business requirements, processes, and metrics.
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document Customer 360, Key Account, Cross-BA, and Graph Intelligence use cases.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and owners.
• Define business processes, workflows, and data requirements.
• Create use-case documentation, process flows, and artifacts.
• Coordinate with architecture, engineering, and product management.
