Job summary

Adyen is seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our Stockholm team. You will own planning, executing, and optimizing ABM campaigns across channels, driving measurable impact on new customer acquisition.

You’ll collaborate with SDRs, Sales, and Event teams regionally and globally to generate sales-accepted opportunities, requiring fluency in English and Swedish and a bias for data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B demand generation or integrated marketing role.
• 5+ years in marketing or similar.
• Proficiency with ABM and marketing automation tools; Marketo is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 ABM campaigns to drive pipeline.
• Leverage external trade shows and Adyen-owned events as core demand generation vehicles.
• Identify high-priority target accounts with SDRs and Sales.
• Create tailored messages and creative for prioritized accounts and event touch-points.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on media strategies around target accounts.
• Build and run regional email programs and optimized landing pages to convert interest.
• Work with Global Acquisition Marketing to scale localized strategies.
• Use analytics to measure campaign and event effectiveness.
