Job summary

Soprana Personell Norway is looking for a dedicated kitchen team member for a full-on summer season role in Sweden. Candidates will run a la carte service across multiple stations in a high-volume setting, collaborating closely with a friendly and experienced kitchen team.

This role requires solid hotel kitchen experience, capabilities across multiple stations, and fluency in English. The position offers a salary between €2,500 and €3,000 net per month along with local accommodation provided without rent deductions.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working across multiple stations in a busy summer kitchen.
• Fluent English is a must; knowledge of Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.

Job description

This is a full-on summer season role at a destination resort. Service volumes are high, the menu spans several styles, and the team works closely together to keep everything moving. The ideal candidate is someone who’s already done a season at a larger hotel and is comfortable moving between stations as the night demands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run a la carte service across multiple stations — banquets, grill, pizza
• Support the pastry chef as needed
• Maintain quality, timing, and consistency through high-volume service
• Work cleanly and efficiently in a busy summer kitchen
• Collaborate with the kitchen brigade on prep, mise en place, and service flow

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid hotel kitchen experience is a must — at least one full season at a larger hotel
• Experience working across multiple stations (grill, pizza, banquet, pastry support)
• Speed, consistency, and a calm head during high-volume service
• Hygiene awareness and HACCP working knowledge
• Fluent English (Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus)
• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Sweden
• Available for an immediate start through to mid-September

WHAT WE OFFER
