Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Process Development Expert to join our team! In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of operational processes across transportation engineering and operations projects. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, quality, and compliance through robust SOP frameworks and performance systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and optimization of end-to-end processes across transportation and operations functions.

• Design, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.

• Oversee quality management systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness and drive strategic decision-making.

• Conduct process audits and performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

• Ensure integration of process development best practices into training programs and organizational development efforts.

• Support change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in process development within the transportation engineering and operations industry.

• Proven expertise in SOP development, process mapping, and documentation (e.g., BPMN 2.0).

• Strong background in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).

• Proficiency in performance analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and process improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in organizational development or transportation projects.

• Familiarity with transportation infrastructure projects and regulatory frameworks.

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
