Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application consulting, solution delivery, or technical implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience in installing and configuring enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows environments, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and databases (SQL/Postgres).
• Familiarity with Python/Go/Node.js and modern package management systems (pip, npm, etc.).
• Experience in cybersecurity products or AI-driven applications is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

As a Senior Solution Consultant – Application, you will be at the forefront of delivering our cybersecurity and AI-powered solutions directly to clients. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent client-facing skills. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and integrating our software, along with its packages and libraries, into diverse client environments. Your ability to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure successful deployment will be critical to achieving customer satisfaction and long‑term adoption of our solutions. You will be working closely with the rest of technical team, product managers, and engagement/enablement managers to deliver with the highest standards to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical contact for clients during installation, configuration, and deployment of our cybersecurity products and AI agents.
• Solution Implementation: Install and configure software packages, libraries, and supporting infrastructure in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Technical Consultation: Assess client environments, provide technical recommendations, and design implementation plans that align with best practices.
• Integration & Customization: Ensure seamless integration with client applications, databases, and systems; customize configurations to meet client needs.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot installation, compatibility, and performance issues; collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve escalations.
• Documentation: Prepare and deliver installation guides, configuration notes, and client‑facing documentation for smooth knowledge transfer.
• Training & Handover: Conduct training sessions for client teams and ensure successful transition of the solution to operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and support teams to provide feedback from client deployments and contribute to product improvements.
• Compliance & Security: Follow cybersecurity standards and ensure all deployments meet compliance and security requirements.
