Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support remote operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems and databases. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. The Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, information integrity, and operational efficiency, supporting teams across functions such as operations, customer service, finance, research, or administration.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
  • Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; identify and correct errors as needed
