Job summary

Khayira Holding Company in Riyadh seeks an accounting specialist to manage payment requests, expense tracking and set daily/weekly/monthly payment plans. You will prepare reports for pre-approvals and support bank payments processing.

Responsibilities include cash reporting, reconciling customer balances, updating the general ledger, and preparing periodic reports for management. You will work closely with the sales and HR teams to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receives payment requests and expenses and sets a daily/weekly/Monthly payment plan.
• Prepares summary payment reports for pre-approvals to make bank payments process.
• Prepares weekly/Monthly payment reports.
• Prepares cash reports from bank accounts for payments and collections.
• Receives and verifies customer balance lists for the printing sales department and prepares the required report.
• Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
• Reconciles all subsidiary company accounts.
• Records accruals related to employees (Salaries, Vacations, GOSI, Government fees, medical insurance, etc.) and other items.
• Prints payment transactions and archives them in the designated files.
• Conducts monthly inventories according to procedures.
