We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Supervisor | مراقب دور to oversee the care and supervision of students within our educational facilities. This role is vital in promoting a positive and safe atmosphere where students feel supported and engaged.

The Care Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that students are cared for effectively, supervising their activities, and supporting their social, emotional, and academic development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep commitment to student welfare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor students during school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Develop and implement activities that promote students' social and emotional growth.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to address any concerns and ensure a supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a cohesive approach to student care and supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior incidents, and any relevant concerns.
  • Act as a liaison with parents to discuss student progress, needs, and any relevant issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in an educational or care setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and support students.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Understanding of child welfare policies and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
